17th and 18th May 2025

Welcome to our village
You will find scores of gardens of all sizes and types, from rolling lawns to tiny hidden works of art behind cottages. Orchards, hidden benches, bountiful flowerbeds and fountains await. This triennial festival, now in its 40th year, is set in Feckenham, Worcestershire.
All proceeds from visitor ticket sales go towards the maintenance of our beautiful 10th century parish church and its churchyard.
About the festival
We hope to have about 30 gardens open to visitors. Many of our gardens are hidden and vary enormously in size and style. This variety creates a huge amount of interest with an element of surprise. There will also be a wonderful, themed Flower Festival in the Church.

Village history
Feckenham is a Domesday village situated along the Saltway that runs from Droitwich to Alcester (B4090). Originally situated in the midst of a vast forest stretching to the river Avon to the south and south west to Worcester at whose gates , Geoffrey Chaucer was employed as Clerk of Works and Keeper of the Lodge, in 1389. The village’s name has changed over time being variously known as Feccanhom, Fecchenham, Fekeham and Flechenham. The village is home to the church of St John the Baptist which dates back to the 10th century.
